Overview
Tech-M8 develops add-ons designed to extend ServiceM8 for service businesses. Its tools are built to work with ServiceM8 and are aimed at improving workflow and productivity for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other service contractors. Available add-ons shown on the site include Link Jobs, Select Sign, Bundle Manager, and Rev Reports, with Club Tracker and Job Log marked as coming soon.
Products / add-ons offered
Link Jobs – create and link multiple jobs to separate quotes and work orders, while keeping future workflow attached.
Select Sign – send forms and documents to capture customer selections and signatures through existing ServiceM8 email and text workflows.
Bundle Manager – bulk upload, edit, or remove bundles using CSV templates and an upload tool.
Rev Reports – run itemised reports covering invoicing, balances, inventory, costs, profits, and other business insights.
Club Tracker – annual contracts, renewals, and visit-status dashboard linked to ServiceM8. Marked coming soon.
Job Log – commissions, leads, and inventory tracking with role and permission management. Marked coming soon.
