Snap Job Reports is a ServiceM8-native add-on that turns site photos and field notes into branded, client-ready PDF reports. Built for inspection, compliance, and condition-reporting crews, it opens one-tap from a ServiceM8 job card and the finished PDF lands back on the job — usually the same day.

The Field App

Techs work through a structured capture flow driven by a report profile set up by the office. The profile defines what to capture on every asset — before/after photos, ratings, readings, checklists, and sign-offs — so nothing gets skipped.

Key Field Features

• Offline-first: Everything saves on the phone and uploads when back in range. Photos, notes, and sign-offs — nothing is lost.
• AI voice notes: Techs speak instead of typing. The voice feature fills in the asset name, rating, and note automatically.
• Multi-tech jobs: Two techs can work the same job simultaneously. The app shows who else is on the job, and each tech sees the other's work within seconds.
• Signal-independent: No signal on site is not a problem.
