TalkTrade is an AI-powered voice assistant for ServiceM8. It helps tradies create jobs, complete forms, update job details, add notes, materials, checklists and work completed — all by talking instead of typing.

TalkTrade is built to make ServiceM8 faster and easier for tradies who would rather talk through a job than tap through screens or type on site.

Once connected to ServiceM8, TalkTrade can pull in your scheduled jobs, help create new jobs, complete custom forms, update job records, add notes, materials, photos, checklists and work completed, then send that information back to ServiceM8.

How it works with ServiceM8

TalkTrade connects to your ServiceM8 account and gives you access to your ServiceM8 jobs, including filters such as today, this week, active jobs and all jobs.

You can also create a new job by speaking the customer name, email, address and job details. TalkTrade listens, matches the information to the right fields, and can send the job through to ServiceM8 as a quote, work order or invoice.

For existing jobs, TalkTrade can help with:
