Generate ServiceM8 jobs with one click or in batch when maintenance visits are due. Each job includes tasks, materials, badges, and notes from your schedule template — your field team has everything they need without manual data entry.

Asset Tracking

Track equipment with detailed records including manufacturer, model, serial number, and warranty information. Import assets from ServiceM8 or CSV. New parent-child hierarchy support for organising complex equipment structures.

Compliance & Certificate Tracking

Track certificates against assets with expiry dates, automated email reminders, and a traffic-light compliance dashboard. The CertTracker extension extends this to business, supplier, and staff certificates — public liability insurance, contractor licences, staff training credentials, and more.

Customer Portal

Give clients secure, read-only access to their contracts, assets, maintenance schedules, and compliance status via a simple link — no login required for clients. Clients can also upload documents directly through the portal.

Renewal Management
