What Is Auto Work Order?

Auto Work Order is an AI-driven document-processing platform that integrates with ServiceM8. It automates the workflow between receiving a work order document and creating the corresponding job in ServiceM8, eliminating the need to manually copy information from PDFs into job cards.

How It Works

The platform follows a four-stage workflow:

1. Receive the work order — Work orders can be emailed directly into Auto Work Order or uploaded to the platform, giving businesses a central place to process incoming documents.
2. Extract information with AI — Auto Work Order uses AI to read the document and extract its data automatically, reducing the need for manual data entry.
3. Validate and map the data — Once extracted, the information is validated and mapped to the relevant fields in preparation for transfer into ServiceM8.
4. Create the ServiceM8 job — The processed work order data is transferred into ServiceM8, creating the job instantly.

The entire processing workflow takes approximately 15 to 30 seconds.
