What is TrainAR?

TrainAR is an AI-powered mentor that walks tradespeople through jobs step by step while they're doing them — hands-free on smart glasses. Your senior engineers record real jobs as they work, TrainAR's AI learns your methods and standards, and then guides trainees and less-experienced engineers through those same jobs in real time. No classroom, no theory-heavy courses — just real work, learned properly, on the job.

How It Works

1. Record — Your best engineers wear smart glasses and talk through the job as they do it. The glasses capture what they see and hear.
2. Process — TrainAR's AI automatically extracts the steps, names them, and turns them into training content. No write-up needed, no sign-off required.
3. Guide — Trainees and engineers follow the steps on new jobs. The AI assistant answers questions out loud, shows diagrams in the lens, and keeps both hands on the work.

TrainAR was founded by Ettan Bazil, a former gas engineer and plumber who built and sold a successful plumbing and heating business before turning to solve the training bottleneck that affects every trade in the UK. TrainAR Limited is based in Leighton Buzzard, United Kingdom. The platform is built by a team of engineers, product specialists, and former tradespeople who understand the realities of on-site work.
